During this course, I have learned many different topics in CT-399 throughout the whole semester. I have felt that to learn the opportunity that helps me to gain and think more about my goals in the future. It helped me to bring the different idea that helps me prepare before when students graduate. This course was new to me, though, in the COVID-19 experience. I never heard Discord or used it in the past. Using Discord wasn’t just like a blackboard. It was easy to learn to use it. I was comfortable after while using it. It is better than using blackboard. I have enjoyed sharing and talking with my classmates in groups. I wished I had used this for the other classes. I liked getting feedback or statements that are important though the semester.

This course also helped me bring my feature to the next step that brought me a big goal. My next step builds up my resume and build up my LinkedIn and communicate and reach out to many different positions that I wanted to apply for. I had never done this course in the past. It was interesting and aspired that was unlike other courses taken in the Communication Technology Major. It was amazing to learn a goal of various topics to achieve, such as professional statement writing in the form of resume/cover letter & job inquiry, understanding the importance of having a strong digital presence, and choosing to support my future goals you want to do.

For this course, it was the big appouch to learn my track for feature peers. I think this course is important for everyone to learn this opportunity. It was the best course of my education to learn about the feature goals.

I have learned how to do many things such as blogging, creating email inquiries. Finding a connection to people to Linkedin. Recently I have reconnected with my past co-worker as an email inquiry. I have always asked to request to go back to my old job. I have decided to help out my previous job. So I have sent him a Linkedin as an email, I have to go on to use Linkedin to communicate with him. My other goal is to try to get many feature jobs like web design position and reach out other people on LinkedIn. That was helping a lot. I have shared my resume with them and my URL. I would like to continue working on my website to share with viewers to make it interesting.

As I have learned about how to look for a Website that has ideas for future peer or Jobs. I have look into may different ones that could be useful to create my own website that would bring company that are interested into. It is important to have many different things on your website such as Blog, your experience with Portfolio Artifacts, and a social media. As my group told me that if your doing a YouTube it is important to have followers to follow your video and how they are interested.

As in the last class we have learned about how to used The email inquiry to internship companies. I tried to created a email inquiry. The professor has explained that email inquiry is different from the Cover letter and a Thank you letter for the job, interviews. So, my group peer explain tried make something similar to the professor as possible. As I wanted created a second attempt email inquiry.

I have been shared ideas to my groups, to explain how to do the projects. I show them what shows what do you need to be done. For example, needed sources or details about what do you want enclosed in the final projects. As now, my group suggest different options to import video in the Websites.

I had went several internships, I always make a goal before I started finding a internship. I have chosen a place or job types that your interested. Also I always, go to job fair that would. I have shared companies that were hiring in Discord.

I suggested go to find internships LinkedIn or Apply CUNY internships programs. They would be helpful recourses and they would give you ideas how you find internships.

As I learned how to decide to choose a final projects for CT -401 part of CT-399. I had interests projects that I created during my CT- 401 which I have been creating Arduino  as a small projects tasks beside that I liked to take video’s and post to my websites. Beside my interested in Arduino,  I have interested take Photography from outside or graphics design of photos.

I had started doing internship in two years ago. I have used my peer supported group job developer to assisted for internship/job related which I ran to in CUNY leads program to get additional supported ideas how to find a job or a internship. beside attending to leads support they told me to create a LinkedIn account to find a internship in the last year. When I created a LinkedIn account there was different jobs to find / people that you can connected from work place, friends, York collage students . The support group told me you can contact anyone in company in LinkedIn when they are opened to or you can send them request. In my past expectance I needed to have more connections to people beside have a LinkedIn program. So you can go to job fair which I big advantages from it to get into internships. Once I got this advantages I got into internship which is CUNY internships programs. In my research I am currently close towards graduation. I have getting more response from job recruiters them my internship in the LinkedIn. But you still have to website or attend job fairs events.

I have an goal that when after the college. I have decided to find a full job that I am able accomplished two of my degrees with my work experiences history. I am looking into two paths that I am into such as information technology in Web design or a Tech support specialist like IT support. I have enjoyed helping people lot in the past and working as a team. I have to discover jobs that I am interested into and match the skills that I had.

I worked into the CUNY internship program as Assisted Technology Support in DOE which I was had that passions because I had that ability from the past jobs or I knew that technologies from the past that I had worked in disables tech software and tools. The CUNY internship program always a helpful to me to get an opportunity.

If I had a goal in this class. I always wanted to keep learning new things from my major and keep up posted on website or a word press though remain the semester that would help to get the job opportunity. This major was an helpful major that I had learned many new things such as creating Graphics Photoshop and web design animation. I also like continue a Arduino which I have learned from my last semester.

Before I  have  came to York College,  I  have started  from QCC which called Queensborough Community College.  When I had started   there as a  freshmen , I  had no support  such  I  have  never had  discovered  anything  in the  beginning. I always wanted wanted do computer classes. So I  had to  take  remedial class before  I start with high classes which wan’t  fun. However, I had  pull out to  ask  people or  get attentions  from  other students  to  find the  major I  have wanted  which  internet   and information  technology. At the end  semester  during  the freshmen year I  had  to reached out to STEM   program  to declare  the major.  As  my memory  from QCC  was  pretty  fun  in my internet tech  major. I had big enjoyment  from the  web design classes . I have learned  doing  designing in android    phones  and programming a  websites.  One of the  classes  I did not like was  one of science  class QCC,However I  had   learned  technology and energy saving .

After , I  finished the QCC, I  have 2 course at City  tech to try out. I  did not like there   because morning travels was  giving too much  problem getting into Brooklyn. Then I  had reached  out  to my  advisers at QCC to  see  what college they recommended to go. they have  referred to go York College, to  get major in communication  technology  in Web development  I  have  enjoy York college classes such as CT 101 ,ENG 384,CT 137. I  had struggled in Speech 350 because I  never   done  online class, I have  used   in the person all the time. However I  had some assist getting assignment  done online or getting help understanding  the content. Today, I am almost done  my  major  in this  pandemic situation,I  have   many different professor are doing online  programs  such as zoom,blackboard  and today  another new  technology  to was Discord  and CUNY  commons. I  had been wondering there always  new   tools out there can been used. This  class  has  discovered many different   things, I  did not realized  that Discord   is  just like  blackboard collaborate ultra but Discord    can do  your own  instead being controlled but you can send a link. CT  -399  is a first experience  good start  in  online  program instead meeting the  person.
